How do I connect my bank account?
Go to Dashboard and click 'Connect Bank Account'. We use Plaid to securely link your accounts—we never see your bank login credentials.
Why is a transaction categorized incorrectly?
Click on any transaction to change its category. Our AI learns from your corrections and will improve over time.
How do I send an invoice to a customer?
Go to Invoices → New Invoice, fill in the details, and click 'Send'. Your customer will receive an email with a link to view and pay.
What are quarterly estimated taxes?
If you're self-employed, you typically need to pay taxes quarterly instead of once a year. Check the Reports page for your estimated amounts and due dates.
Can I give my accountant access?
Yes! Go to Settings → Accountant Access to generate a secure link you can share with your accountant for read-only access to your books.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription and click 'Cancel Plan'. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
