We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Double A Labs LLC, doing business as Ledgit, does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We also do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA.
Your Rights Under California Law
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you
- Delete your personal information (with some exceptions)
- Opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
How We Use Your Information
While we do not sell your personal information, we do share certain information with service providers who help us operate our business. These include:
- Plaid: To connect your bank accounts and retrieve transaction data
- Stripe: To process payments securely
- Supabase: To host our database and authentication
- Anthropic: To provide AI-powered transaction categorization
- Vercel: To host our application
These service providers are contractually bound to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and are prohibited from selling your data.
Opt-Out Request
Even though we don't sell your personal information, you can still submit an opt-out request below. We'll keep your request on file and honor it should our practices ever change.

Verification
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask you to confirm information associated with your account. We will not fulfill requests if we cannot verify your identity.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. To do so, please provide written authorization to your agent and have them contact us through our support page. We may still require you to verify your identity directly.
